Appointments can be canceled by following the link in your "Appointment Confirmation" text/email and selecting Cancel, or by calling the shop no less than 3 HOURS of your appointment. No-Shows & cancellations with less than 3 hours notice will be responsible for the cost of missed service before the next appointment can be made.
